Okay I found this on a server and thought this is the best package of tools,ebooks, etc for cable modem hacking that I have never seen before.

Now I have to say that although I am well versed in hacking, I do not know how to hack a cable modem at all or even how to work this kit. What I do know is that this kit provides instruction manuals and step by steps on what and how to do and the programs to do so.
